My Approach To Counseling

I take a whole-person and systemic approach while counseling my clients. On an individual level, I focus on thoughts, feelings, behavior, and overall health. I then look at functioning across life areas/systems: personal relationships, family, work, and place in the community. All with the goal of increasing the overall well-being of the whole individual and, in turn, strengthening the family and community.

Well-Being of the Whole Person:

  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Intellectual
  • Spiritual
  • Social
  • Environmental
  • Occupational
  • Financial

Take a whole-person approach to improving your overall health and wellbeing.  Focus on the whole self: physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, social, environmental, occupational, and financial.

With love, all things are possible.  Whether between partners, parents and their children, or friends, love is commonly considered the most complex and the most sought-after emotion.

We’re all in this together.  The more we help and support one another, the more our community will improve and thrive.
